This is the part where I tell you a little about who I am. A Midwestern native, I was born and raised in a small town in Iowa. Recently I moved to the mountains of North Carolina to pursue my love for the outdoors. Chasing adventure is a huge part of my identity, and to me each photo session is a mini adventure. That’s seriously a big part of why I have this passion for photography.
Your girl is a huge fan of non-fiction and documentaries. I have a degree in environmental science, and I am a total nerd. I also love dogs. The pup dog is ALWAYS invited to the photo session. A perfect day for me starts with yoga, good coffee, a hike in the mountains or thrift shopping, and it would end with live music or karaoke plus a side of chips + salsa + margs.
Photography is something that makes my soul happy. Truly though, I get so jazzed up when I get to be behind my camera. It is so freakin’ cool to capture other’s love and those big, special moments in their lives. I want to tell your story. I want to be the best third wheel you’ve ever had. Let’s create together.
